Mom Hack: Morning Routine for Postpartum Acne

I’ll be the first to admit, those first months after having my baby… Self care was not in my radar. And guess what? My skin suffered big time. I wasn’t washing my face everyday and having postpartum hormones on top of it all, made my face break out even more.

I have learned that I need to take that time for myself, even if it all gets done in five or so minutes. I partnered up with Clarisonic, and they get me.

A Mom’s Routine to Fighting Postpartum Acne

I first wash my face and skip patting it dry.

I run my Clarisonic Mia 2 under the water and squeeze the Pore and Blemish Cleanser wash onto the brush head.

I turn the Clarisonic on and start massaging the Cleanser all over my face in circular motions.

I noticed a lot of the times my face wash wouldn’t remove all of my makeup. This brush and cleanser combo have removed every bit of makeup leaving my skin surface clear and most importantly clean!

And that’s it! Using less but quality products has improved my overall routine and I love how I can do it while she’s down at my feet playing with toys. It doesn’t take too long, but the time I do invest is helping my skin tremendously.
