Our big purchase was the baby monitor, and we decided on the VTech Wifi HD Baby Monitor.
If you are a first time parent too, or in the market for a new monitor, here is an honest review on what we think of it so far!
So the daytime picture quality honestly isn’t the very best, but you can see everything clearly and the monitor is pretty quick to match movement and sound. You can add multiple webcams which is awesome and this portable screen is extremely user friendly. A huge factor as to why we chose this monitor is it’s wifi capability. Since I work from home, I get to be with her all day and see her anytime, but my husband wanted a way to see her whenever he wanted. Wifi to the rescue! He just downloaded the app, and whenever the camera is on, he can see our little one! It’s so easy to move the camera room to room, just by unplugging it, so I plan on keeping it in whatever room we are in so he can see her at any moment. If you are a working mom or dad, this is a game changer, because now you don’t have to miss out on those precious moments!
Compared to a few other cameras I have seen, the night vision and overall camera quality are pretty outstanding. I also love that the camera lens itself can be adjusted up or down to get the perfect angle on her crib or wherever she is. Also, a must for me was to have a big monitor to watch her from and this one definitely does the trick!
