Military Homecoming Outfit on a Budget

As most of you might know, my husband James just returned from overseas. I am usually on top of things, but I was so stumped when having to pick out the perfect outfit for his welcome home! I didn’t want to buy something too pricey, but I did want to find quality pieces that would look great for him and feel great on my wallet.
